After last Saturday's practice I was very nervous how this would all play out, however, when we arrived at the field she was so excited she could hardly contain herself. One of the Varsity cheerleaders took her to where they had to go and helped her get her shirt on, then she was all smiles and cheer!!

Jake spots Na!!

Jake calls Anna "Na". He can say her name but prefers Na. Anyways, he was so excited when he finally spotted Anna, he kept saying, Hi Na!!! It was really cute!! Luke stayed home with Miss Karen...didn't think he would care for the football game so much!

Game Day Gear

Even though the outlook is grim against a strong Penn State team, we still have to dress up for the big day! They are cute aren't they? Anna goes to a cheerleading clinic today, then will cheer in the H.S. football game with the varsity cheerleaders next week. Mommy is so excited!!!

How to Torture a Cat...By Jake Rottier!

First, you pick up the kitty (aka-Ernie), Next you let him go (to make him feel he is safe again). THEN, you pick the kitty up AGAIN! Last but not least, you lay on the kitty and tell him how much you love him...all the while your mommy takes the toture photos just to let everyone know that NO animals (including Ernie) were hurt during the making of this entertainment!!! Ernie didn't even make a peep!!! (Smart cat!)

The Rottier Grandchildren (minus one)

Elin will be here in a couple weeks, then we will redo these photos to have ALL the Rottier grandchildren together, but for today, here are four of them...yes I know! Three of them belong to ME!!!

Runaway Luke!!

We went to visit Uncle Danny, Aunt Noelle and Baby Calli tonight (football game between Hudsonville and Rockford). Luke went crazy, head down like he was on a mission and just never stopped to take a breath!! Go-Go Lucas Michael!!!

A Beautiful September Afternoon

We spent almost all afternoon outside in the backyard playing and even had a friend come play for a little while. Luke was mezmerized by the teeter totter and the sand!!! Unlike his cousin, Elin, he gladly eats the sand and doesn't fuss a bit...I don't get it...maybe it is another one of those strong Rottier traits coming through!! I put extra of Anna on this one because I was feeling guilty from the last few posts without her in them!!

More of the Boys

Sorry I have been posting mostly the boys lately! Anna is hard to catch!!! And she has such a busy schedule these days! No time for mommy! I caught Luke climbing the stairs (which he does well!!) and then found Jake, alone, in the livingroom eating potato chips watching the Detroit Lions! What a typical man!! He then posed for photos to show how proud he was to be such a big boy!

Hanging Out With Baby Calli

Luke and I spent the day with Aunt Noelle and Baby Calli today. It was a very quiet and peaceful day! Luke was very helpful in rearranging frames, remotes and coasters oh and some of Calli Jo's new (now played with) toys. Calli slept quite a bit, we tried to make Aunt Noelle sleep!!! Anna and Jake spent the day at the Steven's Family Reunion with my mom and sister, they had too much fun!!

The Boyz!!!

When Anna is away...the boys will play! O.K. in this case I decided to take photos of them, since I never do that anymore! Jake was so excited...can you tell? Luke was a bit more work, as he wanted to get up and run! The ones of them together, while challenging were also fun to do! Hope you enjoy my crazy boy monsters! Mommy is hoping to take a nap really soon! Aunt Katie came to save me from utter destruction! Thank you Aunt Katie!!! P.S. Anna is still totally in LOVE with going to school on the school bus! I don't know if it will ever get old for her! She tells us wonderful stories about school, most of which we really don't understand, but at least we know she has fun!
