The Columbus Zoo
Mike heard the Columbus Zoo was one of the best in the nation so we decided to take the kids this afternoon.......
...by the time we got there it was already 92 degrees and all the animals looked like they had had it for the day! We were hoping to see the polar bears dive into the water as there is an underground viewing area...that didn't work either as they were lying around...we were there for 4 hours, had to rent a double stroller and even that didn't keep them happy, by the end we were pretty much running through the exhibits so we could leave! (TOO HOT!!!)

Our First Camping Trip of 2010
This was our very first solo trip. Not other family with! We went to Columbus Ohio, home of The Ohio State Buckeyes...YUCK! Actually Columbus was very nice and I didn't really deal with OSU at all! :)
Mike was at camp in the evenings and some of the afternoons (as he had wrestlers there for wrestling camp at OSU) but mornings were left up to me and the kids to find stuff to do! On Tuesday and Wednesday it was over 90 degrees out (98 on Wednesday!!!) so we spent entire days at the lake and then the pool. All in all it was a fun trip! Glad to see we can survive without other fam to help!

My Newest Niece....Hunter Anne!!!
My baby sister April Anne delivered her first child tonight at 11:04pm. Hunter Anne weighed in at 7 lbs. 3 oz. and 20 inches. There was a pool of people guessing time of deliver and measurements. I was 30 minutes off and exact on everything else! WOW! Should have played the lotto that night!

Beach Day with Aunt April
The boys and I met up with April to hang out at the beach one last time before her baby arrived. The boys had a blast....Luke was having fun just laying in the sand, so I had to get a picture! :)
