More Tractor Fun!

The girls came to play today, so Mike decided to bust out the tractor. The kids had a blast!

Luke's Field Trip

Off to the farm for a final field trip. Luke had a lot of fun! It took a lot of convincing to get him to ride the horse and brush the donkey. He wouldn't even consider riding the donkey, but hey! At least he rode the horse, right?

Jake's first T-ball game

Jake had his first T-ball game tonight. He was SOOOO excited! The kids did a great job, I think a bit more organization is necessary but hey, it was fun! :) (Jake is number 2)

A Playdate with our cousins...

On Wednesday I took the boys to visit Calli Jo and Andi. We have had a busy few months so I feel like we never see each other. They had SO MUCH FUN! We were there for 4 hours and they played contently the entire time!! It was great to see the interactions! :)

She hits and SHE SCORES!!!!!!!

Pretty much anyone who knows me knows I am not a big fan of softball...sorry Aunt Noelle and Aunt Katie!





BUT, when your child is the FIRST ONE TO SCORE THIS YEAR for her team???? I get pretty pumped up! It was pretty cute! With each successful batter she advanced bases, once on third she yells over to me, "MOMMY!!!! Where do I go now!?" So I screamed HOME BABY GIRL! And with the next batter, she did just that! :) Way to go AnnaJoy! We are all so proud of you! (and she did it while she has mono!!!)

Mike took Jake's training wheels off and seriously....the kid took right off!!!




Luke has finally mastered the art of how to pedal a bike, so he was pretty psyched too!

John Deere Green!

Anna has been very sick with a fever, ear infection and strep throat (although they say that isn't what she has...but TRUST me, it is!!) We purchased a tractor that showed up on Thursday. The kids were all VERY excited! Mike figured out how to rig our wagon up to it today and waa-laa! NEW TOY! We even woke Anna up from her nap...yes she is napping by choice again! I guess that happens when you have had a fever for nearly 7 days straight! We are praying that Anna starts to feel better soon, what a spring break this has been!

He Is Risen!!!

The kids did their traditional "hunt for their baskets" then it was off to church. It was a wonderful day, and also pretty special to hear the kids tell us the reason we celebrate Easter. Happy Easter everyone!

Coloring Easter Eggs

When we got home from Michigan City today we boiled eggs so we could color them before the kids went to bed. They had a lot of fun decorating all the eggs. Luke tried to stick his hands and face in the coloring, augh, 3 year olds!!!

Swimming on our mini-vacation

We went to Michigan City this weekend to visit with Uncle Dave, Aunt Heidi and cousin Elin. (and shop too of course!) We took the kids to the pool Friday night, and they all had an absolute blast!!!
