Had a bad day lately?

Well, as if our day wasn't bad enough already, Reagan attempted suicide tonight around 4:45pm. Aparently the makers of rat poison flavor their stuff with peanut butter (which happens to be Reagan's favorite). Thankfully we noticed right away and called the Animal ER. (Yes they have one of those!) We had to pour hydrogen peroxide down his throat to induce vomitting then rush him to the ER where they used charcoal to get the rest of it out, now we have to give him 2 pills a day for two weeks and get his blood levels rechecked. AHHHH, the joys of having dogs!! GRR! That about sums up the end of our bad day at the Rottier house. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day!

What a beautiful Sunday!!

Before church I decided to take some pics of the kids, aren't they cute?? Anna sang at church today. And all those babies? Well there are 2 missing, but that is the church nursery!! You should have seem them all when they were brand new babies!! Needless to say, it is a little noisy in there on Sunday mornings!!!

Such a busy day!

Whew! Let me tell you about my busy day! First, I learned how to pull up on my crib...sorry mommy! Then I went to the dr. for my check-up...23 lbs. 14 oz., 29.5 inches...I'm actually on the charts now, can you believe it? O.K. so I am in the 80th percent but at least I'm back on the charts. Then my friend from Chicago came to visit me (that's Molly) she's my buddy! There is like a 5 pound weight difference and she is only one month younger than me (I have to look tough you know). Oh and my buddy in Colorado was finally born today!!! Happy Birthday Baby William, I really hope I get to meet you sometime this summer!! Well, that about sums up my day!! Told you it was busy!

Caught in the act!! Luke thought it was pretty funny when he figured out how to get all the toys out of the basket. Hey, I'm just happy he was actually playing by himself!

9 months old!!!

Some new things have sprung up this month for Luke. He now has 3 teeth (and 3 more soon to come!!) He sort of crawls, but gets frustrated and just sits back up on his buns. He is a laughing machine who loves cherrios and puffed rice. Actually I think that he would try to eat whatever you put in front of him! His checkup in on Friday so I will have stats then! Stay tuned and beware, they will be BIG!!

A New Toy!!

We found a teeter totter at Sam's and just had to buy it. I don't know if we wanted it more for us or the kids, but Anna loves it. Jake loves it too, but he has a toddler attention span and will ride for about 30 seconds then he is done. (P.S. Happy Anniversary a day late to Grandma and Grandpa R. and Happy Anniversary to Uncle Dave and Aunt Heidi today!!)

Luke's Make Shift Johnny Jump-Up

We don't have any doorways that will hold the jumper, so Mike and Uncle Steve came up with hanging it from the trusses in the basement (since it is still unfinished). We made it as long as we could but Luke was still suspended in the air, so we used a tote of cd's as his little "jumping" platform!! He LOVES it!!

He Has Risen!!~~Easter 2007

Alright, all I wanted was a nice photo of the kids...I forgot that they are part monkey and don't like to settle down for a nice picture!! We enjoyed a nice day at church in the morning, then after naps we went to both sets of grandparents in Lowell. Anna and Mike went to Alto to watch their Easter program. Fun and busy day!!

Are we sure this is Spring Break??

O.K. enough is enough. Snow cover in April??? Where's the spring like weather?? Oh well, Jake enjoyed helping Daddy clear the driveway!

Puffed Rice is GREAT!

Auntie Rebecca opened my mommy's eyes to puffed rice as a special treat for me....I love it and I don't choke or gag like I do with cherrios! Thanks Auntie Rebecca!!!

Helping Daddy Make Breakfast

How could I not take a picture of this?? The kids absolutely loved having Mike home for over a week during Spring Break. They helped with outdoor chores (when it was actually nice) and also helped make breakfast. Too much fun!!
