Jake ~ Sparks Clubber of the Month!!!

Way to go buddy! Jake and his little friend Addie (who by the way is only one day younger than him) are sharing the post of Sparks Clubber of the Month for our AWANA clubs! They were both super excited!

Happy Halloween!!!!!

Halloween was celebrated today for a couple reasons, first and foremost, I had to work and wanted to see my little trick-or-treaters. Second, Halloween actually falls on a Sunday, and we didn't have time to cover all of our Lowell family and our neighborhood decided to do it tonight. So, it all worked out! :) Buzz, Woody and Princess had a blast! And made out great in the candy category!!

Class Halloween Parties

Luke's party was on Wednesday...and he boycotted wearing his costume...sigh....




Jake and Anna had their parties today, and I have yet to figure out why we didn't do a class pic with Anna's class but we didn't. Waaa. They all had a very fun time! :)

PUMPKINS!!!

The kids picked out their pumpkins with nearly no assistance this year. Usually we steer them, well, I guess we did with Luke. He wanted a teeny, tiny one. They also picked out their very own design. The boys opted for using patterns, AnnaJoy decided to create her own. I think they turned out great. I am looking forward to the day that they kids are able to do ALL the carving themselves!!!

LEAVES!!!!!!

After our Fallasburg attempt we stopped to visit with Grandpa Grover and to play in their very awesome leaves!!!

I haven't done any pics of the kids all three together, so today after our dental appointments we went to Lowell to give it a try. I don't know how impressed I am, but I know they aren't all that bad.

Rocket Cheer

AnnaJoy had a blast this year with Rocket Cheer! :)






We finished up with the banquet tonight and went out for ice cream with another Anna who is on the 7th-8th grade squad.

We have a family that we are friends with that are coveting prayers for their son, Spencer right now. He has been moved to the Pediatric ICU with what they think is a stroke. Spencer has leukemia and has been in the hospital with complications from surgery to remove his appendix. This morning he was unable to see, and has since become more unresponsive. Please pray for Spencer and the whole Meyer family!!!
