A beautiful Fall day

Sunday was an awesome day, very mild outside with almost no wind. The kids even let me do a few photos...O.K. so Jake actually only allowed me to take one photo, but it isn't too bad. I guess he is realizing that he is a boy and boys don't have to smile at the camera...

Trying out the big crib...

Within the next week Luke is going to have his own room...and a crib instead of a bassinet!! He is very curious about the fish floating above him, we shall see if he likes them!!!

Luke learns to play!

Luke has been bringing his hands to his mouth for about 3 weeks now, and just recently started to lick his fingers and eat his hands. Today he grabbed the toy on his car seat and started eating it!! AND, he actually was smiling about it! Perhaps my little man is becoming a happier human being!!!

Luke is now my primary subject for "pretending" to be a photographer...his sister and brother don't hold still enough to be my subjects...as you can tell, he is somewhat suspicious of my intentions!!! He wasn't real fond of having only a diaper on, so no smiles for mommy!! But he sure is cute isn't he??

Happy Halloween

Anna had a party at preschool, and the kids went to their grandparents houses to trick or treat!! Luke didn't dress up this year, he just wore a shirt with a ghost on it!!!

Luke is 3 months old

Luke is growing into a little person everyday! He smiles a lot (not today of course!) He loves to talk to his sister and brother now and coo's and does little screams to communicate with us now. He is still a very big boy, but I think that he may have slowed down on the weight gain...I hope! :)

The boys weren't as cooperative with my photo session, but we got a few good ones of Anna. Not sure if we will get "Fall" photos this year given our LACK of trees at the new house! (Sigh) Maybe when the kids are 25 we will have enough leaves to do fun pictures again!!!

Our First Family Photo in 3 Years!

O.K. so this photo is 3 months old, but I keep forgetting to post it on the site, so here it is, the first time we've had a family picture since Anna was 17 months old!! Oops!

Sumo Baby!!

Luke turned 2 months on Saturday (thus the game day outfit!!!) Monday he got his shots (boo hoo) and was weighed...14 pounds 8 ounces!!! MOOOOOOO! He has more than doubled his birthweight in only 2 months!! All day today he has had a fever and has not been himself, but he is a BIG BOY!!!

Whose idea was this????

I leave them in Anna's room for 2 minutes and it looks as though a hurricane or tornado touched down!!!

Anna's first day of Preschool!!!

Anna's first day of preschool was today. She walked in and didn't even look back at me....(sigh) I guess this means she is growing up!

Sibling Love...most of the time!!

Luke is getting HUGE! I am certain that he is going to be our biggest child! He already has 3 chins and the thighs and arms aren't far behind! The kids love being together and it is fun to see Luke respond to the older ones as he grows and recognizes them more.
